Good morning VOIP World, We have had alot of questions about commissions over the past several days. So I thought I would put together a newsletter about it. Q. Since we now have a USA based Incorporated company for tax purposes, are we paying commissions through the US company? A. Things are staying at a status quo, we are still operating everything under the Canadian company Telco Advertsing Ltd. My very good friend and real estate guru Armando Montelongo who lives in San Antonio here has taught me alot about asset protection. So we will be keeping things as is until I can meet with a great tax lawyer. Q. Are commissions delayed? A. No, they started on the 15th and end on the 21st However if your used to getting payed by paypal we had to do echecks this month as we have swiched our paypal account to be attached to our new bank account here in Schertz Texas. (Just north of San Antonio) On another totally awesome note, we closed on our new property yesterday and we get the keys at noon today. I am not promising anything, but Armando Montelongo and I have been brain storming on how to get "reality" TV to pick up an episode of "Flip This House" and do the build out of our new datacenter!
